Telling us we got something wrong

This is the most valuable message this site can receive, and we would rather have it than almost anything else.

If a verdict looks wrong, or a study is misread, or a number does not match its source, send us the page address and what you think is wrong. If you have the paper, send the PubMed link. You do not need to be polite about it and you do not need to be a researcher.

We will check it against the source. If we were wrong we will correct it and the page will change. If we think we were right we will tell you why.

What we cannot answer

We cannot tell you whether to take something, what dose to take, or whether it is safe alongside your medication. That is not modesty, it is that we do not know anything about you and giving that answer would be harmful.

A pharmacist can check your specific medication list against a supplement in a few minutes, usually for free, and that is the right place for that question. Our medical disclaimer sets this out in full.
